For many people, happiness can be considered as a matter of destiny or luck. But for EM-Ventures and the Vietnamese women’s community, happiness is a choice and a self-sufficient woman will achieve happiness.
The journey to self-sufficiency is not an easy process. It requires solid knowledge, high skills, extensive relationships, and awareness to seize each opportunity. With these resources, women can be financially independent, actualize their ideas, apply technology on their own, and run their own businesses. Furthermore, they can radiate these values to the surrounding community.
The EM-Ventures project, founded by PDA & Partners (PDA) and the Center for Women’s Development in North Central Vietnam of the Vietnam Women’s Union, promises to be a companion on the journey of women’s self-sufficiency.
Piloted from August 2022, EM-Ventures has had specific activities and created positive impacts in the first 13 provinces and cities. These results have created confidence and are the premise for EM-Ventures to continue the journey to support millions of Vietnamese women to have a better life.
EM-Ventures provides many synchronized solutions, including courses, training, and evaluation of women’s business initiatives, along with activities led by leading experts. The goal is to promote new, strong, and different thinking for women. Accompanying women throughout the stages on the journey to self-sufficiency, EM-Ventures is not only a close companion but also a pillar to help women develop their careers and seek sustainable happiness in life.
